Carey RocklandCarey Rockland is an accomplished competitive athlete, martial artist, and physical culture enthusiast who brings levity and intensity to the outdoor morning workout. She will wake you up with creative, motivating and effective program design. Carey is impassioned about fitness as the foundation for a fully productive and empowered life, and brings this philosophy to Workout On The Hill. Throughout her life, Carey has referenced her athletic experiences as formative, character developing opportunities, within supportive communities of like-minded people. She aspires to bring an equally uplifting and cohesive quality your Workout On The Hill experience. Carey draws from a vast educational background to deliver the best in aerobic, plyometric, and strength training techniques.

Carey has been a full time personal trainer since 2004, and continues to compete in her martial arts practice, the focus being mixed martial arts (MMA). She got her MA in Sport Management from USF in 2008. She is a certified Physical Trainer, NPTI, NSCA-CSCS, Crossfit I, Certified Clubbell Instructor, a member of the American Senior Fitness Association, and a Certified Nutrition Consultant.
