March Challenge Get Your Steps ON

We are bringing it back to basics and the best way is to put one foot and then the other foot forward!

Yes, walking.

Let's walk.

If you have a Healthy App or Tracker, try to challenge yourself to 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day in the month of March.

OR

You can walk for an hour and a half.

Here is why walking is so important:

According to Mayo Clinic, here are just a few ways walking can benefit your health:

  1. Maintain a healthy weight

  2. Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes

  3. Strengthen your bones and muscles

  4. Improve your mood

  5. Improve your balance and coordination
